Prices Apartments in Alle Rose Farmhouse
THE COSTS OF FINAL CLEANING ARE TO BE ADDED: FOR GRANAIO,VOLTE 20.00 EUROS - BELVEDERE,FILATOIO 30.00 EUROS
The prices shown refer only to accommodation, weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Daily stays start from a minimum of 3 nights.
Prices include:
- use of the swimming pool and the spaces surrounding the house;
- linen for the whole apartment, wi-fi with router in the apartment, air conditioning in the rooms where it is necessary
the shared washing machine
Not included in the price:
Final cleaning of 20 euros for Granaio and Volte - 30 euros for Belvedere Filatoio Giogo - the cost of heating if necessary, equal to 5 euros per m. cube.
On request:
- small breakfast with homemade cake and focaccia, yoghurt and fruit (5 euros per person);
- sweet and savory breakfast with the addition of our own cold cuts and local cheese (8 euros per person).
Arrival (Check-in): the apartments will be available on the day of arrival after 16.00.
Departure (Check-out): the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Alle Rose.
The booking request represents the Order Form and therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for Agriturismo Alle Rose, which part considers itself free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Alle Rose sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
In the event that a deposit is requested, the Customer has the duty to send them within the times indicated by the management of Agriturismo Alle Rose so that the option is removed and the booking is definitively confirmed. At this point Agriturismo Alle Rose will undertake to send the customer a confirmation letter and a summary voucher that the customer himself is required to present at the Check In.
All reservations must be confirmed by fax or e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes binding for our structure only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt.
WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be retained from 1 month before the date of the stay, after this date, we will retain the entire amount of the stay.

Send the payment notification by email (the reservation becomes binding for the structure only upon receipt of this notification), the balance will be settled upon arrival.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply in which Agriturismo Alle Rose is part of the trial, the Court of Pisa will be exclusively competent.
